Herschel Savage and Lisa de Leeuw move into a haunted house and are subjected to the sexual antics of the former owners, killed decades before in an earthquake.

Director Shaw's script is both interesting and funny, as Savage's reciting from Crime and Punishment earns Dostoyevsky an "additional dialogue screen credit. To vary the sex scenes for the fans Shaw shares her ghost role with Colleen Brennan and Traci Duzit, though the continuity of who's who is confused in an orgy finale.
