Instead, the action takes place at a mental institution run by Paul Pounder, who is a spiffy dresser but can't recite dialogue worth a damn. This porno is so cheap that the setting looks like the interior of somebody's home (a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen), nothing institutional about it.

Inmates and staff haved sex in mechanical fashion, including a busty new girl who is admitted but flees when other girls feel her up - as a result the obscure actress who says she's Lizzie gets no screen credit.

Star billing goes to Jean Afrique, a platinum blonde who plays a doctor who humps inmate Ray Victory. The scene is presented as possibly an erotic dream but whether it's real or not is left unanswered.

When it's all over, it's clear that the anonymous filmmakers merely slapped a hokey title on a set of porn scenes slapped together with zero effort, just one of thousands of "please rent me" nothing videos to stock at the nation's Adult video stores when VHS was in flower.
