Nikki Prince portrays an arrogant, incompetent porn director in "A Rising Star". I suspect that the actual hack director Charlie Diamond cast a woman to deflect resemblance to his own incompetence.

No, this is not a porn with a story. It merely shows a series of boring sex scenes being directed by Nikki, who likes to order the crew around, and merely tells her actors which positions to assume and in what order. She only wants to get enough XXX footage shot, as is true with Diamond, too. A couple of sex scenes she doesn't direct are the cast acting up or complaining: Sandra Scream and Amanda Addams having sex on the grass outside the studio after bad-mouthing Nikki, and Tony Montana humping Jamie Leigh outside on his motorcycle after Nikki bawls him out for arriving late.
