Valuable documentary on the aftermath of the Franco Regime

Now I reach the end of the Severin 'Exorcismo: Defying A Dictator & Raising Hell In Post-Franco Spain' box set with Part Two of the documentary 'After...'

This part is called 'After... Part Two: Tied Up And Tied Up Well'. It was filmed over a number of years and completed in 1981 but wasn't allowed to be shown until 1983 when the Socialist Party finally won the elections.

It again interviews members of the public, on both sides of the argument across Spain, during demonstrations and continues to show how divided the country had become.

It won't be something everyone enjoys but it's perfectly placed on the box set and provides valuable history to accompany the films.

As I said in my review of Part One, it remains as relevant today as it was 45 years ago and proves that we haven't learnt very much.

This really has been the best and most informative box set I've ever bought and I commend Severin for doing such a fantastic job.
