It's Oswald's team of assorted animals versus a unified team: they're all gorillas, and as is common for cartoon gorillas before Magilla, big and strong and nasty.

It's an assortment of fantasy gags, and pretty well timed and executed they are, as the overwhelmed All-Stars get repeatedly stomped by the gorillas. Of course, they will not win, this being a cartoon and all, but the unlikely jokes do a good deal towards keeping this one amusing through the end.
