All-star porn loops, with wraparound radio hostess teaser

Sexy Sadie is a radio hostess who gets sexy confessional letters she reads on the air. But porn fans see them acted out instead by superstars of the '70s in this effective bait & switch video.

My quarrel is with having such a beautiful lady, an unnamed actress who bears an appealing resemblance to '70s star Edwige Fenech, teasing us with a sexy (post-synched?) voice but never stripping or entering into any of the XXX action. The DVD box has a come-on about "groaning groupies in the control room", but nothing remotely like that comes to pass.

The hour passes by with four sex segments, running roughly 13 to 15 minutes each. No. 1 is a party at Alice & Sid's consisting of a foursome involving Michael Morrison, an extremely young Mike Horner and a couple gals (Bonnie Holiday and an unidentified porno performer). Much dialog is dubbed here, but no attempt at lip movements, from which one can infer that this was a standalone loop post-doctored.

Part 2 is a hospital fantasy matching a doctor played by Dave Ruby with Serena (who calls him Ruby in case we couldn't identify him by sight behind a beard here) and another girl. The patient gets some next as does a black doctor (John Black). Serena is the highlight, performing anal sex and getting a money shot in the face which even latter-day expert Rodney Moore might admire.

Porn is known for poor taste, and Serena delivers, complaining to the doctor of a lump in her breast, so John Black can "examine" her. Not very amusing, given the real horror still (over 30 years later) of breast cancer, but anything for a cheap laugh.

Third segment concerns a letter from Bret and Sally, latter personified by the inimitable Juliet Anderson, years before AUNT PEG made her a superstar. She masturbates, impatient for two studs to show up, and it's Paul Thomas and Blair Harris when they arrive. The actors actually speak here, just talking dirty basically, but it is poorly synched.

Final portion of the film has Becky (Mandy Ashley) trying to achieve an orgasm, with gal pal Brigit Olsen helping out. This is probably the hottest segment, with a guy arriving to help out and delivering two money shots in succession.

Sexy Sadie returns to end the program verbally, but is strictly the hostess. Key fetish throughout the film consists of sexy garter belts and stockings, but this is just a wall-to-wall sex program. Its high IMDb rating is probably generated by fans of the big-ticket stars assembled here, but it hardly belongs on any of their résumés.

John Leslie, who does not appear on screen, gets the producer's credit, a full decade before he started producing & directing porn in earnest.
