In this amusing early 20th-century animation, Professor Bonehead is shipwrecked and finds himself stranded on an island, where he faces various dangers as well as moments of invention. The film is surprisingly well-animated, especially considering it's over a hundred years old. The story is packed with action, featuring numerous twists and unexpected discoveries.

There are plenty of exaggerated slides and somersaults throughout the film-I'm not sure what the idea behind them was, but they're quite funny. It's worth noting that this film, made in 1916, includes certain themes and portrayals that are no longer acceptable today. Keep in mind that the worldview at the time was very different, and what was considered acceptable back then may now be seen as offensive or outdated.
