Swedish bombshell Heide Andersen and her housemate move into a single-swingers only apartment complex but Andersen must've thought it was an either/or situation finding out the hard way it's not a mutually exclusive deal.

The ending tries to be a little abstract which is fine, there's enough of a plot to make sufficient sense without offering any detail nor characterisation (other than the fact Andersen is clearly more socially conservative than her peers).

Copious softcore scenery fills in the majority of the runtime, Andersen and fellow tenants all devastatingly attractive specimens and in some instances contributing watchable dramatic performances too. Bright, sunny, well photographed and generally not bad for what it is, though best viewed with modest expectations.
