A woman's breast is seen whilst she is nude in a bath. Apart from that there is nothing else other than a revealing woman on the front of a magazine.

A frozen corpse is shown floating in the ship, when the artificial gravity is activated, it falls to the ground and shatters into bloody shards.

Parts of the bridge of the rediscovered ship after are covered in a dried mess of blood, guts and tissue.

During a hallucination, a character sees a child on a table with his legs covered in gashes (brief, but graphic).

A man tries to commit suicide by throwing himself out of an airlock. His body turns veiny, and he starts bleeding from several opening, but he gets rescued. The man's injuries are serious and quite bloody.

Lots of profanities including the uses of 'fuck' and 'shit'

Fuck and shit primarily, amongst lesser profanities, and a obscene gesture.

A character smokes a cigarette.

The "hell sequence" is the most disturbing scene in the movie, but most details can easily be missed because the recording is very brief.

Near the end, characters start to experience very disturbing visions inside their mind. Most of these last less than one second each, but even without freeze-framing, it is clear that these quick shots depict gruesome scenes of people being tortured in various ways. The accompanying screams and sounds make these scenes more unnerving.

A man repeatedly experiences a hallucination of a burning and disfigured man who is crying out to him. The character having the vision had left the other man from the hallucination behind to die on a previous mission, and has been haunted by the guilt ever since.

This movie deals with strong themes such as hallucinations, suicide, possession, mayhem, insanity. There are some bloody and disturbing sequences of torture, murder and suicide, as well as frequent references, both verbal and visual, to hell. There are a few scary moments as well.

A man's appearance is frightening, as his face is completely covered with red cuts.

A woman with her eyes removed appears suddenly in dream sequences throughout the course of the movie and the hallucinations with her in them may be frightening to watch.
