Omega Cop is borderline SOV, film-student-or-worse production. The goofy, shirt-tucked-in lead karate stiff slurs his way through, generically saving the day. Adam West is just kinda there, dully speaking lines. Action has a couple solid choreography bits between basic lame fights and shootouts with no gore. More bad-funny than anything else. Watched the Rifftrax version.

Apparently there's a sequel, but I can't find much info on how to aquire.
