I remember seeing this at the local theater when I was 11 years old. I would go to that theater alone constantly during the summer because it was nice and cool and every now and then, I would come across a gem like this movie.

I am watching it right now on Youtube and I am instantly 11 years old again wanting to join the fun of side car racing while fantasizing a swim with Wendy Hughes. I remember she got my blood flowing and I got a hankerin' for the Aussie accent. Unfortunately, by the time I actually made it to Australia for work in the 80s I was utterly sick of the accent!

This movie is a lot of fun and seeing it again after about 50 years is a trip that I really needed!

If you want to see some excellent cheese from the 70s, watch this movie and don't expect The Godfather. You will have a good time.
