Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Bulak, a clothing merchant, goes on a trip to Italy. Just before leaving, he buys a suitcase and finds a strange old guitar inside. He throws the instrument into his home's junk room. One of the highlights of the trip is a visit to a musical instrument museum. Bulak spots an identical guitar in one of the display cases. The guide explains that it's only a copy of a 17th-century guitar - the titular Laura. The original - now worth a million dollars, smuggled out of Italy two hundred years ago by Napoleon's soldiers - has never been found. Remembering the suitcase's contents, Bulak takes the first plane back home. Back home, he learns that his niece Marta has sent the guitar to her boyfriend, Romek, who is away with his band at a festival in the Bieszczady Mountains. Bulak immediately gives chase. A television assistant is also looking for Romek, as his songs were very well-received by a talent search committee. Taking advantage of the opportunity and the assistant's affection for her, Marta also travels to the Bieszczady Mountains. Along the way and in the Bieszczady Mountains, everyone experiences many unusual adventures, including an encounter with a bear. And, at the postman's request, Bulak carries a large package in his trunk for a long time, unaware that it's his own guitar.
