Lock Up Your Daughters!

Filming in Kilkenny, Ireland, caused great controversy and consternation in March 1968 when it was announced that several nude scenes would have to be filmed.

When the Night Watchman sees Gossip writing in his diary, he comments, "Thinks he's another Master Pepys!" Samuel Pepys's private, encrypted diary was not published until 1825 (the century after the action of "Lock Up Your Daughters!" takes place).
