There is more than a bit of blarney in this short film set in Ireland.

Steve Lenihan made his fortune in America in gold and returns to Ireland after 20 years.

He is a rich man, buys everyone at his local a drink and walks out in the night.

He falls and loses some gold nuggets in a field. Just where one eccentric has been prospecting for gold for years.

All of a sudden there is a gold rush in Ireland. The locals at the pub take full advantage of the situation.

Eventually realising that it was Steve's gold nuggets that were found.

A slight but charming little film with plenty of oirishness.

There is a nice ending when the pub regulars think everything is going against them.
