In 1947 Bonita Granville married Jack Wrather, who became the longtime producer of the "Lone Ranger" TV series and films. Following this movie, Granville retired from acting to become a producer on the long-running Lassie (1954) TV series. Her final film appearance was a cameo in The Legend of the Lone Ranger (1981), also produced by Wrather.
Lane Chandler (Chip Walker) previously appeared in the Republic 1938 serial The Lone Ranger as Dick Forrest, one of five characters who might be the mysterious Lone Ranger.
