- Teenie Moore: You... Republican!
- Marvin Piermont: [in a fast-talking New York accent, standing near a horse-drawn carriage in front of a Bermuda hotel] Well, here we are kids! Isn't this swell? What do you think about it?
- Teenie Moore: [in American accent] Why?
- Marvin Piermont: What do you mean why? It's a grand place around here. Look at the atmosphere, and the horses are almost extinct.
- Teenie Moore: Yeah, I noticed it too.
- Marvin Piermont: [in aside to Teenie] Come here a minute. Get a load of this.
- Marvin Piermont: [speaking to their black carriage driver in an exaggerated southern drawl] Pardon me, son, I didn't get a chance to talk to you on the way down here. How are conditions in this here portion of the world?
- Driver: [in posh British accent] Oh, conditions are top hold, sir! Cheerio!
- Marvin Piermont: [humiliated] Cheerio.
- Teenie Moore: [in British accent] Well, Marvin. That taught you a lesson, didn't it?
- Marvin Piermont: [in New York accent] Yeah, in English!
- Ed Towers: [being watched after having been kidnapped, with his hands tied behind his back] Say, how about a drink?
- Vanders' Henchman #2: Sure, go ahead. Why not?
- [Ed goes to the table and tries to grab the bottle with his bound hand, henchman watches with amusement]
- Vanders' Henchman #2: Heh heh heh heh.
- Ed Towers: Say, help me pour this, willya?
- Vanders' Henchman #2: You asked for it - pour it yourself.
- Ed Towers: You're a bit of a sadist, aren't you?
