Biography

Kay Guerrero is an investigative producer and reporter for The Rachel Maddow Show and Alex Wagner Tonight on MSNBC. Prior to joining NBC in 2020, Kay worked for more than 10 years as a producer and investigative reporter for CNN en Español. Her investigations have been cited by members of Congress, The New York Times, The Washington Post and others. She has also been recognized with some of the most important awards in the industry, including the Emmys, GLAAD, National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and the Shorty Awards. Kay holds two master's degree from Georgia State University, one in Comparative Politics and another in International Business. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
