- Agata developed the idea for the Netflix original series Sexily and co-created the concept for the show. The first season has become an international hit after rocketing up the network's most-watched charts around the globe. Currently, Agata is developing a feature coming-of-age dramedy Daddy Cool (supported by Polish Film Institute scholarship), and waiting for the premiere of another feature film she has adapted for the Polish audience from French box-office hit Rolling to You.
To date, Agata has worked with leading Polish production companies and broadcasters, such as Watchout Studio, ATM, Madants, Telemark, Akson Studio, TVN, and Canal+, and there, she gained solid screenwriting experience and learned how to work on different genres, formats, and budgets.
Graduated from the Directing Department of Polish National Film School in Lodz, Agata participated in a number of acclaimed screenwriting programmes for up-and-coming European talents, such as Midpoint TV Launch, Canal + Series Lab, Series Mania Writers Campus in Lille, In Development Drama Writer's Pitch Forum in Cannes. She was also selected as one of the six "talents to watch" by the Hot Contenders panel at Berlinale Series Market.
