CeCe Tyshay is an American actress, writer and producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has an associate's in filmmaking and video production and continued her education in filmmaking with an emphasis in acting at Columbia College Hollywood.
As a writer, CeCe writes screenplays, music and novels. She also draws, does graphic design and sings.
In 2019, CeCe Tyshay wrote, executive produced and starred in her first official short film, "Friend Zone." She immediately followed up with her second short film, "Young Ballerz with fiance, director Shante "2Cool" Jefferson, starring Fredro Starr coming in 2020.
