  • The exploration of human contradictions and the "grey areas" of character's psychology state of mind is a recurring theme in Jinghao Fang's works. His films often feature a unique blend of classical music and Rock, reflecting his artistic vision and story telling styles. Born in Hangzhou, China, in an artist family. His father Xiang Fang, an award winning photographer and his mother, Ru Ding, was a model and actress. At the age of 14, Fang moved to United States and studied film production for four years at Idyllwild Arts Academy in California, where his graduation film "The Price" earned several awards at the Idyllwild Film Festival. Afterward, he pursued directing for another four years at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. In 2018, he co-directed the documentary"Shaolin Temple in My Heart" with his father, Xiang Fang, and completed it in 2022 after extensive post-production. Fang also founded the streaming platform Too Short in 2023, where he directed "Eagle Empire" and now serves as the platform's creative director, In 2025, he directed his second series "My Mother is a Mafia Boss" which has numerous viewership.
