  • Aimee Botes is a South African actress and trained dancer, professional model, with studies in drama and Rock 'n Pop Vocals through Trinity College London. Her performance career began in 2014 when she auditioned for a local talent contest, IATS, which led to an invitation to perform at the ARTS convention in Florida, USA, in July 2015. She was a cast member in the musicals Once on this Island, We Will Rock You, and The Wiz, and danced with the Jozi Youth Dance Company during their 2015-2016 seasons. In 2016, Aimee appeared in the film Trailer Made. In 2017, she featured in the short films Be the Change and Slumber Party (Supporting Lead), and competed internationally in Germany and Poland with the Unity SA formation team in Show Dance, Jazz, and Modern categories. She walked the runway for Skeleton Key Couture at Vancouver Fashion Week SS20. In 2020, she entered post-production for ACT Film's The Construct (Supporting Lead) and pre-production for R-Cade (2021). In 2022, she appeared in commercials for Vital Vitamins (Lead) and Tinkies (Lead). In 2023, she entered post-production for the film Ransomware (Supporting Lead) and began working on the ongoing production of Killsite 2 (Lead). In 2024, she starred in Rethink Rands in combination with Forex and First National Bank (Supporting Lead). She is currently in post-production for the film Psychosis (Lead) and the TV pilot Sisters in Scrubs (Lead) (2024). In 2025, she starred in Lost Horizon (Lead) and appeared in adverts for OMO (Supporting Lead) and Showmax (Supporting Lead).
