Antigoni Kapaka

Antigoni Kapaka is a Greek director and producer from Athens with more than seven years of experience in film and audiovisual productions across Europe and the United States. A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts film program, she worked as producer on the independent feature South Central Love (2019) and directed the award-winning short documentary Mati 23/7 (2020), focusing on environmental disasters and the socioeconomic crisis in Greece. Since then, she has worked as a producer and assistant director on numerous projects throughout Greece. Her short film A Piece of Liberty (2023), which she wrote and directed, was selected for funding by the Greek Film Centre and the Greek Ministry of Culture.
