Biography

Mark Dong was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He grew up and currently resides in Katy, Texas. Mark worked in the Civil Engineering field designing roads and bridges for 15 years. He also is a lifelong martial artist and is continually learning different martial arts. Mark has Black Belts in Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kajukenbo Karate, and Praying Mantis Kung Fu. He is the highest ranked Krav Maga Expert for Krav Maga Global in the US. Mark also just got promoted to 7th Dan Black Belt for his martial arts achievements over the past 34+ years. Mark continues to train in Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Firearms. In addition to his martial arts training, he is also a Certified L1 CrossFit Trainer, USA-W Olympic Lifting Sports Performance Coach, NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor, NRA Certified Range Safety Officer and a Certified License to Carry Firearms Instructor by DPS. Mark currently owns his own martial arts school, called Dragon's Den Self Defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Katy, Texas. He is teaching Krav Maga, Cardio Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Firearms Training and has Basic Stunt Training Classes in Katy. Mark started his stunt training and acting in 2017 and has been busy with stunt acting and fight choreography. Mark is also in the military currently serving in the Texas State Guard.
