Michael Joseph Nelson is an American Actor whose journey through film has been marked by a series of accolades, including several Best Actor awards internationally for his roles in films such as "Unspoken," and "Open House". In 2025 he began making his mark in the Vertical space with a dozen vertical productions under his belt and many more to come.

As a co-founder behind the production company, SpellBound Productions, Michael's endeavors extend beyond the screen, with the recent completion and Directorial debut of the feature film "Tangled Up In Christmas" marking yet another milestone in his burgeoning career. With several other feature-length projects in the works, his creative journey shows no signs of slowing down.

In addition to his cinematic pursuits, Michael is dedicated to nurturing the talent of aspiring actors through Damn Good Reels-a company focused on crafting scenes that elevate actors to new heights. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, he helps fellow actors navigate the competitive landscape.

When not on the screen Michael spends his favorite past time is Dungeons & Dragons and his 2 cats, Edward and Alphonse.
