Freddy Ramsey Jr. is an American actor, writer, and director originally from Baltimore, MD and currently based in LA/NY. He can be seen recurring on hit shows such as S.W.A.T. (CBS) and All American: Homecoming (CW). He can also be seen Guest Starring on 9-1-1 (ABC/HULU), This Is Us (NBC), Family Reunion (Netflix), etc. Freddy is also starring in the new hit drama/comedy film THE ReWrite (Apple Tv/Amazon Prime).Freddy won Best Performance in a Feature Film at the 2025 Micheaux Film Festival for his performance in the film.

As an MFA grad and former collegiate athlete, Freddy brings his persistence and dedication in practice to the craft of acting. It is Freddy's passion as an artist to tell stories that make us more human.
