Biography

Or Oren is an award-winning Israeli Composer, Conductor and Trombonist. Or grew up in Netanya, Israel (1993) and started his music education when he was 9 years old (2001) in the local conservatory. He then continue his studies in a jazz institute program at Rimon School of Music, and got his Film Scoring Bachelor Degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduation he relocated to Los Angeles where he mainly compose Music for Film and TV. One of his known works are "The Debbie Friedman Suite" (2015) which was recorded and performed in May 2016 at the IMPJ Biennial Convention in Israel, and in Boston at the WURJ Humanitarian Awards Dinner in December 2017. Three more performances took place in Brazil, Holland and New Hampshire, and more are pending due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
