Biography

Jenny Coate was in born in Kokomo, Indiana and is an actress known for Late Night (2019), Sweetbitter (2018-2019), Billions (2018), High Maintenance (2016) and Eye Candy (2015). She is a graduate of Ball State University and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.

During high school and throughout college she trained to become a broadcast journalist where she worked as a reporter at several local radio and television news stations including CBS WISHTV News 8 in Indianapolis. She is the recipient of three Indiana Association of School Broadcasters (IASB) awards. After graduating college, NBC Universal brought her to New York City. Knowing her passion was in acting, she decided to leave journalism to purse an acting career. Since she has worked on many stage, television and film productions and continued studying her craft at William Esper Studio, T. Schrieber, MN Acting Studio, Penny Templeton Studios and The Magnet Theater.
