Biography

Christina Mills is a yoga and meditation teacher, actress, motivational speaker, and designer. She is a spiritual seeker and the founder of Liveology Yoga Studios, focused on sharing "More Life. More Yoga." She produces written and video content drawing upon traditions across the world and sharing tools for modern, mindful living. Christina is the editor-in chief of Liveology Yoga Magazine and designer of Liveology's product line designed for modern yoga practitioners.

Christina's yoga journey came from a lifelong spiritual quest that began in Christian ministry as just one in a long line of female ministers. As she pursued the path of yoga for her own personal healing, she came to believe in the unity of God's revelation throughout history, across the world and seeks to share love and positive energy in every way possible.
