Gian Luca Ciotti was born on August 28th, 1967, in Rome, Italy He started flying early taking pilot license at the age of 16. After ended the military service as lieutenant has moved to Vero Beach, FL, to achieve the instrumental rating and the commercial pilot license. At same time he graduated in Business Administration in Kensington University. In 1994 he began courses to obtain pilot licenses on helicopter. Today (2018) he is pilot commander on airplanes and helicopters and He's the Flight Operations Manager of the largest Italian helicopter company with 30 helicopters and 2 airplanes. About Aerial Coordination he began with Life Aquatic (2004), Three Meter above Sky (2004) Mission Impossible III (2006), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (2015), TRUST (2018), he managed all the authorizations and flight directions of a fleet of World War II aircraft under the direction of George Clooney shooting CATCH-22 (2019) as Aerial Coordinator for Italy under the command of the US Coordinator, Mr. David Paris with, performing air to air and air to ground combat, SIX UNDERGROUND in collaboration with the pilot Frederic North and directed by Michael Bay and, in these days, he is busy filming Bond 25 (entitled No Time To Die) shooting in Matera with helicopters and drones.
