Biography

Rafael Velasquez is an Actor, Producer, Cinematographer, Photographer and Martial Artist born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He began acting in 2017. Rafael appeared in the popular TV show "The Cleaning Lady".

He begin training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2012. He holds a black belt and is an instructor at Impact Jiu Jitsu Albuquerque. He has competed in many tournaments in Texas, New Mexico and Nevada. He completed at the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation Masters Worlds Competition in 2019 and placed 3rd.

He attended the University of New Mexico where he as a Degree in General Management and Travel and Tourism Management. He is a Loss Control Consultant with Poms and Associates. He is a Safety and Health Specialist, an OSHA outreach Trainer, and a First aid/CPR/AED instructor.
