Biography

Partner at Arima Advisory, specializing in general financial-tax advisory and the structuring of tax-driven investments in the audiovisual sector. Trained at Deloitte Legal, where I advised on general corporate taxation while specializing in the audiovisual sector, I have worked on more than 50 productions, managing private investments worth tens of millions of euros, for streaming platforms (HBO, Disney, Amazon, Paramount), television groups (Atresmedia, RTVE, Mediaset), and top-tier production companies (El Deseo, Morena Films, Tornasol, Buendía Estudios). My perspective combines current practice as an advisor with prior experience as co-founder of a production company, allowing me to anticipate the interests of both production companies and investors interested in this type of transaction.
