Biography

Mira Olsson is an internationally acclaimed copywriter turned screenwriter. She has worked in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, London, Helsinki and Cape Town. Her commercials have won numerous awards at Cannes Lions, Eurobest and New York Festivals among other global competitions. The promotional short film she wrote for Young Director Award in Cannes called "Drama Queen" has racked up over 10 million views on YouTube so far. Mira's work was covered in Phil Growick's "My First Time W", a book featuring top female advertising creatives of the world. Mira completed The UCLA Screenwriters Program and is now dedicated to creating character driven stories with an unexpected and cathartic psychological twist.
