Ligia María Storrs Rojas

Ligia Maria Storrs Rojas is an independent writer-director. She started her career producing and writing her first short film for Ciro Guerra, whose Embrace of the Serpent was nominated for Best Foreign Film at the Oscars. She has written and produced a variety of programs for TV and web series. She also directed the short film Our Rose Garden, which was distributed by BMG and won several film awards, including Best Faith Film at the Long Beach Indie International Film Festival and a Remi Award at the 51st Annual WorldFest-Houston. She has a master's degree in Film and Television Writing and Production from the Catholic University of Milan and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. She is married to writer-producer Justin Storrs, who is also her writing partner.
