A nature inspired Cree filmmaker from rural Alberta, Leigah Keewatin has credits as producer, director, production designer and in visual effects. Co-directing, production designing, and producing the dramatic "nature takes back" horror feature film Jikirag, Leigah and the talented team at Constellate Films won various awards and nominations at the Milan Gold Awards and at the Independent Horror Movie Awards including for Best Producers. Additional awards include Best Production Design for Jikirag at the London International Monthly Film Festival as well as for Vancouver's Run and Gun 2021 for the horror short film Untouched. Leigah is in pre-production to co-direct and produce upcoming 2023 feature film "Wanisin" with Mostafa Keshvari.
