Scott Daniel Phillips was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. Raised in Ladner, a small town that was built on fishing and farming. Graduated from Delta Secondary school. Studied fine art at Langara college and has a BFA from Concordia University, Montreal. He is known for the short film Kogarashi. Scott lives in Vancouver.
