Biography

1981 to 1991 Erich-Weinert-Oberschule in Görlitz-Weinhübel. 1991 to 1995 training as an office information electronics technician, 1997 to 1998 advanced technical college entrance qualification. 1998 to 2002 studies at the HTW Dresden.

Member of the Förderverein Landesmuseum Schlesien and the Förderverein der Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz.

1989 joined the CDJ (Christian Democratic Youth), 1993 to 2002 member of the state board of the Young Union of Saxony and Lower Silesia, 1995 to 2001 state treasurer, 1994 to 2000 deputy CDU district chairman in Görlitz, since April 2005 secretary general of the CDU Saxony. 1994 to 1999 City Councilor in Görlitz.
