She has been married to Walid Tawfik since 1991. They have two children. She was previously married to Ali Hassan Salameh and Muharram Fuad.

- Georgina Rizk was the first Miss Lebanon to hold the Miss Universe crown. Rizk was crowned Miss Universe in 1971, becoming the first woman Lebanese, the Arab world, and the Middle East to claim the title.
