- If you're at a place where you feel [down], write down all the negatives in your life and then write down what has happened in life that you're grateful for. Then connect the negatives with the positives... and when you look at that, life becomes so much brighter.
- No matter how hard life gets. No matter how low you feel, know that deep down in your heart that there's a purpose, a reason for everything. We may not understand it at the time [but eventually it will all make sense].
