Biography

Jazzy Jade is an American actress, singer, songwriter, and dancer. She began singing and dancing at the age of three and discovered her passion for acting at nine. Known for her versatility, Jazzy combines dramatic and comedic acting with a distinctive dance style and strong vocal ability.

She is known for her recurring role as Brittany on the Disney+ series Diary of a Future President, executive produced by Gina Rodriguez and created by Ilana Peña. Jazzy also co-starred as Simone in the Netflix series #blackAF, created by Kenya Barris, appearing alongside Mike Epps, who played her father. She also starred in the BET+ television series King of the Castle alongside Tony Rock.

Jazzy Jade starred in a lead role in the film For the Love of Money, appearing alongside Jason Mitchell, Rotimi, DC Young Fly, and Keri Hilson. She is also featured on the film’s soundtrack with the songs "Love" and "They Say," the latter featuring Keri Hilson.

In addition to her on-screen work, Jazzy Jade voices Trudis and Orge in the animated series Super Wings.

Beyond acting and music, Jazzy is involved with the organization Saving Our Daughters as a Celebrity God Parent for Keke Palmer’s mentorship program, where she helps mentor young girls known as "Cinderellas."

In December 2019, Jazzy Jade released her first Christmas single, "Let It Snow," which she wrote herself. She later recorded the original song "Daddy Told Me" for the independent short film Within 8 Hours. Jazzy Jade is currently working on releasing her upcoming EP featuring original music.
