Biography

Nysa Morris was born in Queens, New York. Her passion for acting began after she appeared in a commercial for the Baltimore Aquarium at age 11. She has graced runways as a model in Atlanta, and New York; however, her full attention has been on acting and advocating for children affected by DV.

Nysa feels blessed with the amazing opportunity to use her gifts in the Netflix Sequel of "A Different World." She also shared her creative gifts in "The Resident," and recently in a film "Don't Say Nothing," as both actress and 2nd AD.

Nysa's creative talent gained her a role in a short film that resonated with her on a personal level: "Look Back At It," alongside Angel Laketa Moore. Written and directed by the talented Felicia Pride.
