Mariella Delia

Mariella is a Maltese violinist and businesswoman with years of experience in senior management. She is the assistant director of Avinu Films and an influential part of it since its inception. Together with her husband, Mariella founded JMD Health and Safety Services in the Maltese Islands, where she takes care of everything related to the running of the company. Mariella has a strong interest in non-fiction filmmaking. She is the producer, first assistant director and script supervisor of the feature film "Mikha'El" (in production). She executively produced the award-winning short documentaries "Aurora" (2017), "Divine Beauty" (2018), "Earth's Beauty" (2018), "Lux et Tenebrae" (2018), "Materre" (2017), "Pillars of Creation" (2018), and "Red Glory" (2018). Mariella also executively produced the short films "Creation" (2019) and "Kesil" (2018).
