Timothy Capps

Tim is an American veteran broadcaster, author of the award-winning, genre-bending novel Judging Angels, and a criminal defense lawyer. Educated in broadcasting at Southern Illinois University with a concentration in news and features, Tim worked at a small farm AM station where he did everything including sales, production, news, and air personality, after a stint in the US Army as an Arabic linguist. Tim then became News Director and air personality for a larger FM station, and was involved in every aspect of radio together with his wife, also a broadcaster. Pillars of Creation marks Tim's long-awaited return on the air after years of absence due to his legal work. He loves being an air personality and believes it is a very intimate experience to create an illusion that you are talking to just one person.
