Jake Thompson is a Puppeteer, Actor, and Writer from St. John's, NL. He is the Lead Puppeteer, Creator, and Writer behind two nationally recognized television programs, "NL Now (2017)" and "The Adventures of Gary and Lou (2021)" . Jake is the recipient of the 2023 Mount Pearl Impact in Music, Arts, and Culture Award as well as a five time MusicNL Award nominee for Media Person of The Year, and is the 2025 Youth Ventures - Venture of The Year Award winner for his work with NL Now Productions.
