Biography

Andrew Oppmann serves as host and executive producer of MTSU Out of the Blue, the monthly public affairs program of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The program airs on MTSU True Blue TV from the studios of the Center for Educational Media in MTSU's College of Education and appears on cable channels in 17 states. Oppmann, vice president for marketing and communications at MTSU, also serves as executive producer of MTSU True Blue TV.
