In 1998 participated in "Bilbo Casting" creation in Bilbao, and dedicated exclusively to the casting direction, leaving aside actor and educator roles (active from 1985). In 2002 participated in "Kracter Company Casting" creation in Madrid, and from 2003 has been working as "Josu Bilbao" independently. Recovers acting activity in 2006, combining this facet with the casting direction and acting teach. In theater, has worked acting and producing (Salitre Teatro, Yllana, Teatro Arriaga, Teatro Real Madrid, CDN, ...)
