Dylan is a Scottish actor, originally from Dumfries and Galloway. Dylan can be seen as part of the Maya Pei Brigade in the first 2 episodes of Andor Season 2. He played serial killer Victor Maslow in Irvine Welsh's Crime Season 2, and has appeared in Shetland, Empire of Light, and Coldwater.
