Biography

Juan Bustamante was born on September 9, 1983 in Managua, Nicaragua. He is an actor, known for Judge Faith (2014), Divorce Court (1999) and Patti Cake$ (2017). He was previously married to Silvia Bustamante.

Juan is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He served with an assault unit (Assault Craft Unit 5 - ACU5), Stationed out of Camp Pendleton, CA (United States Marine Corps Base). He deployed and honorably served during Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom from 2002-2006.

Juan began boxing at the age of 12, where he was a standout amateur boxer. He turned professional on Sept 20th 2013 under All-Star Boxing Promotions. His last professional fight was Dec 8th 2018 on ESPN for GBO Super Middleweight Title, under Red Boxing Promotions.

Juan is a full-time Police Officer within the Los Angeles Police Department. He is the recipient of the LAPD Life Saving Medal (Awarded 2016).

Juan Bustamante attended USC (University of Southern California) as a business major (Marshall School of Business) with an emphasis in sports marketing. He interned with the USC football team in the recruiting department during his junior year.
