Ishani sharma is an Indian actor born in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh , graduated as an engineer in electronics and communications from Panjab.
She got placed in an IT firm as a data analyst, left the job on the day of joining to pursue her career in performing arts and moved to Bombay.
She did many jobs before getting into this profession full time, jobs including working as a Counselor, Hospitality and Management, Assistant director, Cafe owner and Theatre Artist.
She has essentially worked with Alankar theatre group ( Run by Chakresh Kumar) Theatron ( By Pankaj kapoor).
Has also practiced in workshops like Adishakti and Neeraj Kabi’s.
She’s been working as a professional actor since 2016, did TV shows as a female protagonist, short films, video songs, advertisements and web shows.
Her upcoming projects include one web show and two films with an ensemble cast of actors.
She believes everyday is a new day for her as a creative person and there is so much to learn that one lifetime is not enough is what she feels sometimes. She also promotes the idea of understanding how a human life functions in accordance with the universal laws and how important it is as a life to exist in inclusion with the world around us.
