Charlie Waters-Anderson

Charlie Waters-Anderson began his journey towards creating films in 2017 at the age of 18 years old. Since then, he has tirelessly pushed forward in creating personal, hard hitting and emotionally impactful stories spanning across a wide array of genres. In 2019, he decided to go ahead into the world of film on his own starting from scratch and honing in his skills he had learned along the way to follow his passion for filmmaking closer to his vision. By the end of 2024 he released his first fully independently produced short "Mimic" which received 3 awards from numerous festivals and earned him his very first "Best Director" nomination at the AltFF Alternative Film Festival. With nearly a decade worth of experience in directing, writing and creating cinema Charlie continues his introspective journey through his passions.
