Evan Joelle

Known for his powerful performances on stage and screen, Evan-Joelle is an American actor and vocalist from East Palo Alto, California. He debuted as lead Kenny Kahn in Richard Torrence's acclaimed gospel play Lord, Why Can't I Do Right? (2014), sharing the stage with Ashford Sanders, Don "DC" Curry, and Shelly Garrett. At 21, he electrified audiences as Bobby Brown in concert at Yoshi's Oakland. With roots in musical theater, he transitioned to film, starring as Darnell/Shaka in The Broken Rose (2018) and appearing as Malachi in The Night It Rained (2020).
